My life has been intricate, filled with trials, growth, and self-discovery—experiences that have shaped my passion for helping other successful women achieve their highest potential.
A pivotal moment came at 42 when I paused to ask. “Who am I?”
I knew my responsibilities as a single parent & dedicated professional, but beyond that, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what I wanted from my career or life.
After dedicating 15 years to a managerial career in banking, I made the bold decision to quit & devote the next six years to a journey of self-discovery.
NtnK Life was born from this quest as I found clarity and began helping women around me do the same. Creating my consulting brand has been a deeply personal journey.
I choose to present an authentic life, not a picture-perfect one.
This required addressing my inner critic and perfectionism, which had driven my success… but also led to burnout. NtnK Life blends my passion for innovation & efficiency, corporate experience, and business and financial advising skills with decades of discovering life transformation tools & techniques into a unique consulting method.
Today, I serve like-minded successful women in their 40s and 50s.
I understand the silent struggles, immense strength, dedication, and resilience behind our success.
